😊 as you read this! Your day is going to be awesome after spending the next 10 mins reflecting!
🕯️: Today, I invite you to do a quick check on your thoughts by looking at PATTERNS of thought the past few days. Pause for a while and ask yourself this: what are the 5 thoughts that have been occupying my mind the past days? What do they tell me about myself? Do you feel busy? Do you feel as if you don’t have enough time every day? Or too much time?
Next, I invite you to look at patterns of judgment. Do you find yourself judgmental of other people? Why is that so?
Remember, bad thoughts and judgement need energy. So the more excess energy you have, the more you can spend on these bad thoughts and judgement. If you’re busy, you’ll realise you really don’t have the resources to spend on negativity and judgment. Spend your energy well!
