What keeps us happy and healthy as we go through life? In this TED Talk, Psychiatrist Robert Waldinger, 4th director of the longest study on Happiness (it started in 1938 and is still ongoing!) talks about 3 major lessons they learned from the 10,000 information points they have gathered all those years.
About 60 of the original 700 men are still alive and in their 90s! Now their 2,000 or so children are part of the study. Trivia: JFK was one of the participants of the study!
I think the lessons will surprise you! Or maybe we know these lessons deep down in our hearts, but we just don’t have the science to show us that what we believe is objectively true. Watch the TED Talk now and tell me what you think about it in the comments section!
