It’s been 221 (of 365) Days since we started this journey of #PrayersWrappedInQuotes! 🙏 🕯️ REFLECTION GUIDE below ⬇️
😊 as you read this! Your day is going to be awesome after spending the next 10 mins reflecting!
🕯️: In another post, I pointed out that the only people who will criticize you are the people doing less than you; the ones that are doing more, actually encourage you to do more. You can also flip it the other way; if you find yourself criticizing other people, then it must be because you’re doing less than them: in effort, in wealth, in many other ways. It’s usually a sign that you are not happy with yourself and your current state. In that way, criticism becomes a mirror and a red flag: the more critical you are, the less happy and contented you are about yourself. The more happy and contented you are, the less critical you will be.
So today, I’d like you to reflect on that: how is the above statement true in your life? If you put a number to your level of criticism (in a scale of 0-10 with 0 being the lowest level of criticism and 10 being the highest), where would you be? What can you do TODAY to be less critical and more happy?
